By accessing https://mobilecrm.app or downloading the Mobile Lead Tracker application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

MobileCRM provides a website with information and resources about mobile CRM tools, and a free mobile application that lets you log and manage leads on your device. The mobile app stores all data locally; no account creation is required.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the mobile application.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to MobileCRM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The mobile application and its underlying code are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.

6. User-Generated Data

Any leads, notes, or data you enter into the mobile app remain yours. Because the app stores data locally on your device, MobileCRM cannot access, recover, or restore that data. You are responsible for backing up any information you wish to preserve.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party app stores. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before engaging with them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileCRM and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
